Keep your mind healthy and release stress! Come enjoy goat yoga with baby goats, hosted by Frost Tower and powered by EXOS 1.3 Fit. Baby Goats will bounce around while you do yoga poses, directed by a certified teacher. After the class, enjoy one complimentary OliPop mocktail or cocktail!

About the event
Grab your yoga mat, your camera, clothing you don't cherish, and a friend, and come do some yoga with baby goats! The goats will help you with your poses, jump on your back, and sleep on your mat, while you enjoy a 45-minute yoga class led by a certified teacher. This event will be in Legacy Park across from Frost Tower. Following the yoga class, enjoy one complimentary OliPop mocktail or cocktail.
